What this is
This dashboard (kentstansfield.com) is a private executive tool for Kent Stansfield, built and operated on his behalf by Justin Thompson, his executive assistant. It’s an internal Compass Health Consultants tool — not a public service. It does not advertise, track visitors, or sell data.
What information is in it
Kent’s schedule (meetings from connected calendars, Zoom, and forwarded invitations), and the business information he and Compass provide — commission statements, downline and agency rosters, and contacts. It only ever reads calendar information from connected accounts; it never reads the contents of an email inbox.
How it’s used
Solely to run Kent’s dashboard — his schedule and reminders, his commissions and downline views, and his directory. It is never sold, rented, mined for advertising, or shared with anyone outside the short list below.
Who can access it
Kent (the owner) and Justin Thompson (who administers and maintains it as his executive assistant). The dashboard sits behind a password; access can be changed or revoked at any time.
Where it lives & how it’s protected
On dedicated server infrastructure, in a private database — not on a consumer platform. Connections are encrypted (the lock in your browser), the dashboard is password-protected, and access can be revoked at any time.
Services it relies on
A small number of trusted providers, each only for its specific job and none of which sell your data: Google (to sync a connected calendar and send RSVP replies), Cloudflare (web address, routing, and security), the server host, an email provider for notifications, and an AI provider for the optional in-app assistant.
Cookies
A single sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies of any kind.
Your choices
Kent can ask to see, correct, or delete any information at any time, disconnect any connected account, and take full ownership of the system whenever he likes. No lock-in.
Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, the effective date below will be updated.
